Pencco is pleased to offer Odor Alert™, its patent-pending app for reporting odor control problems. Utilizing Odor Alert™, end users and/or ratepayers can report odors in real time, as the odor becomes apparent and problematic. When a user reports an odor problem with Odor Alert™, the app captures GPS location, time, date, and meteorological data of the occurrence.
Odor Alert™ provides valuable insights and analytical data for an even more thorough understanding of odor problems. As weather and location trends or patterns emerge, Pencco’s service team works with the utility to determine how to best manage the program.
